# Method:
01 - Place the crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, optional cream cheese, olive oil, dried herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into a food processor or high-powered blender.
02 - Process for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste the whipped feta and modify seasoning to preference if necessary.
04 - Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl, drizzle with additional olive oil, and sprinkle lemon zest, fresh herbs, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
05 - Provide immediately with pita chips, vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread for dipping.
