I started making water-based mocktails when I wanted something festive for guests while keeping it healthy and light. They quickly became a summer staple for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Cold filtered water: 4 cups
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup
  • Sugar-free strawberry syrup: 1 tbsp, or sugar-free lemon-lime syrup, peach-flavored water enhancer, or sugar-free coconut syrup
  • Lemon: ½, sliced
  • Lime: ½, sliced
  • Fresh strawberries: ½ cup, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves: ¼ cup
  • Cucumber: ½ small, sliced
  • Lemon wheels: Optional, for garnish
  • Mint sprigs: Optional, for garnish
  • Edible flowers: Optional, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare pitcher:
Fill a large pitcher or two tall glasses with ice cubes.
Add water:
Pour in the cold filtered water.
Mix flavor:
