06 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
09 - 1 tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, for garnish
# Method:
01 - Set oven to 480°F or its highest setting. Position pizza stone in oven if using.
02 - Stretch or roll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch round. Move to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - In a small mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
05 - Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese atop the sauce.
06 - Top with sliced dill pickles and optional red onion.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve hot.
