A vibrant and beautiful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, featuring a medley of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads for a sweet and savory gathering.

I created this brunch board for a weekend gathering with friends, and it was a hit. Everyone loved mixing and matching the jams with different cheeses and breads.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie sliced, 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar sliced, 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese crumbled
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette sliced, 1/2 loaf sourdough sliced, 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries halved, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach sliced
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Arrange jams and honey:
Place jams and honey in small serving bowls and set them around a large board or platter.
Add butter:
Put whipped butter in a small bowl and place on the board.
Arrange cheeses:
Set the cheeses in separate sections on the board.
Add breads and crackers:
Fan out baguette and sourdough slices, pile crackers on board.
Distribute fruits:
Cluster fresh fruits for color and texture contrast.
Add nuts and extras:
Scatter roasted almonds and dried apricots between other ingredients.
Garnish:
Top with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
Serve:
