# Components:

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (9 oz), thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Method:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a 24-cup mini muffin tin by spraying with nonstick spray or lining with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry into a 12 x 12 inch square and cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into a mini muffin cup, forming shells.
04 - Place one cube of Brie into each pastry shell.
