# Method:
01 - Finely julienne the carrot, and slice the red bell pepper and cucumber into thin strips.
02 - Stir the buffalo sauce thoroughly into the hummus until smooth and evenly blended.
03 - Lay out each tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread half the buffalo hummus mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border.
04 - Distribute shredded lettuce, carrot, red bell pepper, and cucumber evenly over the hummus layer.
05 - Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and drizzle ranch dressing over the vegetables, if desired.
06 - Starting from the edge closest to you, gently roll each tortilla into a tight wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.
