# Components:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

# Method:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each potato.
02 - Holding the skewer, use a sharp knife to cut each potato in a spiral motion, rotating and slicing evenly from end to end. Gently stretch the potato on the skewer to space out the spirals.
03 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Brush or rub the seasoning mixture all over the spiraled potatoes, ensuring coverage between the layers.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
06 - Arrange the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket without touching. Cook at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan, fresh parsley, and chili flakes just before serving.
