# Method:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and broccoli, sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is vibrant and tender. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - Mix the sautéed broccoli with cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a bowl until uniformly combined.
04 - Arrange bread slices and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or butter on one side of each slice.
05 - Evenly distribute the broccoli-cheddar mixture over two slices on the unbuttered side. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out, to form sandwiches.
06 - Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 4 to 5 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
