# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The seasoning blend creates this impossible to stop eating quality that turns ordinary crackers into the most requested snack at every party
  • They come together in under five minutes of prep then the oven does all the work while you get everything else ready
  • One batch makes enough for a crowd but they vanish so fast you might want to double it anyway
02 -
  • Stirring halfway through baking is non negotiable or some pieces will stay soggy while others get too brown and nobody wants uneven crackers
  • Let them cool completely on the baking sheet instead of transferring them immediately because they finish crisping during those crucial cooling minutes
  • The seasoning might look clumpy when you first pour it over the crackers but keep tossing gently and it will distribute evenly I promise
03 -
  • A large glass bowl with a flat bottom works better than deep narrow bowls for coating because you have more surface area to toss the crackers without making a mess
  • Use clean hands or a silicone spatula instead of a metal spoon which might crush the delicate crackers as you try to coat them
  • Set a timer for the halfway stir point because forgetting this step is the number one reason for uneven results
