# Method:
01 - Cook potstickers and edamame. Slice vegetables, fruits, and cut nori into small circles for facial features.
02 - On a large serving platter or board, arrange lettuce leaves in a curving line to form the dragon's body.
03 - Layer BBQ pork slices, shrimp, and potstickers along the lettuce to simulate dragon scales.
04 - Use sliced cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, mango, and dragon fruit to add color and define the dragon's body and tail.
05 - Form the dragon’s head at one end using edamame, mango, and dragon fruit. Use nori circles for eyes and black olives or grapes for nostrils. Use chives or green onions for whiskers.
