# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs (if using), black pepper, and sea salt.
03 - Add celery sticks to the bowl and gently toss until all sticks are evenly coated with the seasoned butter mixture.
04 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the celery sticks and toss again to distribute the cheese thoroughly.
05 - Place the coated celery sticks in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
