# Method:
01 - Whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until slightly frothy and well blended.
02 - Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until it bubbles gently.
03 - Pour the egg mixture into the skillet; let it set undisturbed for 20 seconds, then gently stir with a spatula from edges toward the center.
04 - Continue stirring occasionally until eggs are softly set and creamy, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
