# Method:
01 - Wash all citrus fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
02 - Using a sharp chef's knife, slice each fruit into thin, even pieces approximately 1/8 inch thick, removing any seeds.
03 - Lightly dip selected slices into granulated sugar for a sparkling finish.
04 - Place citrus slices on a serving tray and keep refrigerated until use.
05 - Adorn each mocktail glass rim with one or two citrus slices or float them atop the drink; combine with mint leaves for added flair.
