03 - Transfer melted chocolate into a piping bag or small zip-top bag, snipping off a tiny corner.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced evenly on the lined baking sheet to serve as tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick forming triangular shapes resembling Christmas trees.
06 - Immediately sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls over wet chocolate to decorate.
07 - Allow the trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully remove the chocolate trees from the parchment and serve or package as gifts.
