# Method:
01 - Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add dried butterfly pea flowers, and steep for 5 minutes until the liquid turns deep blue. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and set aside to cool.
02 - In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly with a spoon until the sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Pour 2 cups cold water into the lemon mixture and stir well to combine.

05 - Evenly distribute the blue butterfly pea flower infusion into each prepared glass.
