# Method:
- Set oven to 350°F.
- Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant, approximately 2 minutes.
- Add ground pork or chicken to skillet, breaking up meat while cooking until fully browned and cooked through.
- Stir in carrot, bell pepper, and napa cabbage; sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables reach tender texture.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to mixture. Blend thoroughly and cook for 2 additional minutes. Remove from heat.

- Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
- Spread thin layer of soy ginger sauce across bottom of prepared baking dish.
- Arrange 8 dumpling wrappers to cover base of baking dish, overlapping slightly as needed.
- Distribute one-third of meat-vegetable mixture over wrappers. Sprinkle one-third of combined cheeses. Drizzle with sauce.

- Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes until surface turns golden and filling bubbles at edges.
